• Mentor musicians to a deeper understanding of their role in worship
• Push musicians through into the adult Church worship band.
We aim to try and development Musicianship through instrument tuition, music theory and band dynamics; Creative Arts with songwriting, dance / drame and creative worship; Sound Engineering to enable sound setup / teardown, training on sound desk and PA Setup; finally Spiritual Development to concentrate on worship in the bible and living disciplined lives.
